Apartments In Benidorm Are As Popular As Ever
Benidorm, in the heart of the Costa Blanca of Spain has always been one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. Its enduring appeal of long sandy beaches, nightlife and family atmosphere means investing in a holiday home or for living on a permanent basis has long been a dream for many people wanting to start a new life.
Are you dwelling on the thought about securing a real estate property in Benidorm? Is it for your personal use or for a growing investment? Whatever the reason behind your interest in the Benidorm property market is, you have to pose a careful thought and take the significant things into consideration.
For one, Benidorm is one of the cities of Spain which is frequented by tourists especially in the height of summertime. With this, a lot of opportunities for making a promising business open their doors for you and it is a matter of choice to grab and take advantage of them.
There are numerous apartments which are up for sale in Benidorm. Apartment buildings are commonly found in the city and their styles and prices depend on the place where they are situated and the furnishing that comes along with the purchase. Many people find it practical and more affordable to secure apartments than spend money on the maintenance of a family house. This can likewise be a good choice especially if you intend to make it your second home as you visit the city.
Staying right in the heart of the city is also going to be economical with an apartment. Try to compare the expenditures that you are going to be faced with as you maintain a full residential house. More so, the entertainment life is more accessible for those who live in the apartment buildings.
You can save a lot from the cost of transportation too. Being a busy place, the city accommodates smaller yet taller buildings which can house floors of apartments. It may cost you a lot during the first few payments but later on, you will realize that you have made the right choice as the returns on the savings will be greater in the end.
If you keep on returning to Benidorm to spend your holiday getaways or you prefer to stay therein and rent an apartment for a long time, then why don’t you opt to get an apartment of your own so that you can call it your second home? In this way, you will have the profound reason to go back and enjoy the features of Benidorm.
Now here is another thing to take into your mind. You can turn the Benidorm apartments into an income generating property. Why not purchase apartment units and rent them to other people? You can never be on the losing end because more and more people gather in this city to enjoy their vacation, simply tour around or stay for good. So, you can sit back and relax as you wait for the returns of your investment. As a tip, the rental price and demand for the apartments are higher during the summer months.
So why not grab this chance of making a rewarding investment? With this type of Benidorm property, you can be certain that your pleasure both in communing with nature, enjoying a Spanish city life, and acquiring income will be satiated.
The Benefits Of Living In Apartments
Many people are surprised to learn that I, as a woman in her mid-fourties, am still choosing to live in apartments rather than buying my own home. I guess I understand the surprise since I am in fact a realtor. I have felt compelled to share many benefits to living in apartments.
I started living in apartments during my last few years of college and I have been living in apartment situations ever since. I guess I fell in love with apartments and I have had a hard time moving on. Call me crazy, but I love living in an apartment building and having neighbors all around me. I love knowing that there are people above, below and on the sides of me. I love knowing that I am surrounded by a community of people. Their is such a diversity in the people that live in my apartment building and I love this. It is, perhaps, the biggest reason that I cannot get enough of this kind of living. I have met people from all around the world just by going upstairs or downstairs in my apartment building and I have had the opportunity to build the best friendships of my life because of where I’ve lived.
My life is busy. Being a realtor in a large and busy city means that I have little time to relax and enjoy life outside of work. I know that many, many professionals know what I’m talking about. So another great thing about living in apartments is that it is such a low-maintenance place to live. I, for one, do not have enough time in my weeks to take care of the immense amount of upkeep that living in a home requires. So apartments are perfect for me because there is little to no maintenance to be handled in this kind of living. So if you’re a busy professional or family that wants to spend life on things other than doing maintenance to a yard, then you should really consider living in apartments.
Another great benefit of living in apartments is that you have the freedom to get up and move at any time. So if you need a place to live for a few months or for just a few years, then you should consider apartment living over buying a house. The last thing you want is to be tied down to a home that you own when you are a person on the move. So consider apartments if you plan to be mobile in the months and years to come.
London Apartments: Helpful Checklist When Searching For Serviced Apartments
I am amazed at some travellers and mildly shocked at how ready they are to reserve a serviced apartment without asking in-depth questions. You would not buy a television without finding out its screen size, colour controls etc. Or purchase a fridge without understanding how energy it would require. Yet some travellers are ready to spend £1000+ without asking questions?! Travellers, please do not be afraid to ask as it is very important for you to make an informed decision. Any legitimate company will be able to answer your question or find out and get back to you. If the company/agent cannot bother to help you during the research stage, then this is a bad sign as they are unlikely to assist you once you have made a booking. Happily, this is not how I work. In response to this, I have compiled a list to help you ask the apartment supplier or agent.
Details about the apartment
1. Is the apartment modern or in the classic style?
2. How many bedrooms? Are they double, queen, king or twin beds?
3. Can an extra person sleep on an extra bed or sofa bed? Charges.
4. Full kitchen or small kitchenette
5. Can I choose a specific apartment or not?
6. What is included in the accommodation rate?
7. Are there lifts in the apartment or only stairs? Particularly important if you or one of your guests is elderly or children
8. Is the apartment in a secure building/area?
9. Are there special rates for long stays of minimum 1 month
10. Are the images shown on your website the same apartment allocated to me?
11. What is the check-in / check-out time, can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Booking procedure
1. What is the cancellation policy?
2. Payment procedures, deposits etc
3. What if I need to check out early? Or need to extend my stay?
4. What I do not like the apartment allocated?
5. Payment methods
6. I do not trust booking online, do you have an alternative method?
7. How will my credit/debit card details be stored? When is it destroyed?
8. Checking in details
9. Do you offer assistance to book transport or advice about the destination?
10. Booking fees or is this a free service?
11. Will I receive an invoice?
This is by no means an exhaustive list but a good starting point. You are the guest, so any supplier/agent worth their salt will be happy to help you with all correct information. Do not be afraid to ask, because after all, it is your money. But most importantly, it is your holiday or business trip and it would be very disappointing if you did not receive what you were expecting. One of my clients told me of her experience when booking a serviced apartment in London. She was advised by the company that she would be allocated a one bedroom apartment which had a separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen, but instead she was allocated a studio apartment (only one room) without any explanation or recompense. Happily, she kicked up a fuss upon arrival, received a refund as she did not receive what she had been promised and paid for.
